Every homebuyer is walked through their home by their dedicated Project Manager, who demonstrates its features and reviews how to use and maintain major components of the home. Our partners at Red Fox Title guide our buyers through the very last step before ownership at the settlement table, reviewing the final documents and answering any questions.

Q&A with First Time Homebuyer, Hannah Coffey

Q: What ultimately made you decide to build a home instead of purchasing a resale home?  

A: I was drawn to a new build because I could tell the quality was very good compared to many of the other new builds and was above and beyond. Many of the homes I looked at throughout this entire process just didn't fit the mold I was looking for, which was open concept and a high-quality kitchen as I really like to cook, and the Creekwood Village homes have an outstanding kitchen and great space.

Q: What drew you to The Orchid and Creekwood Village?  

A: The price was the biggest thing that drew me to The Orchid unit and, in some ways, reminded me of what I loved about the Villas, and with it just being me, this is the perfect size.  

Q: Through the process of purchasing and building your home, did you learn anything new that might be helpful to other first-time homebuyers?  

A: For me, it was just to make sure you have all your ducks in a row and that, financially, you can do it and be happy at the end of the process.  

Q: Were there specific aspects of the design gallery process that stood out to you as particularly helpful or enjoyable?  

A: It was great going to the design gallery, putting my hands on the materials, trying to visualize my home, and picking out all my designs.  

Q: What has been your favorite part of the building process?  

A: Being involved in the process of designing my home to a certain point was very fun.  

Q: How would you describe the overall experience of working with our team, from the initial consultation to completing your home?

A: Very professional and a great pleasure to work with. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.  

Q: What are you looking forward to the most about moving into your new home?  

A: Everything, but I think cooking in my own kitchen and on a gas stove for the first time will be exciting.
